MOSCOW, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Russia's State Tax Service (GNS) expects to
collect 12.5 billion roubles ($2 billion) in taxes in August, below a planned
14.8 billion roubles but up from the July total, a senior tax service official
said on Wednesday.
"In August we expect to collect about 12.5 billion (roubles)," GNS first
deputy head Vladimir Gusev told a news conference. Tax service chief Boris
Fyodorov on Friday estimated July receipts at close to 12 billion roubles.
