MOSCOW, Aug 14 (Reuters) - Russia's central bank is not
considering a rouble devaluation or changing the rouble corridor
despite a continuing crisis on financial markets, a bank
spokeswoman said on Friday.
But Irina Yasina told Ekho Moskvy radio station the central
bank was helping some of the biggest banks, whose liquidity has
been temporarily squeezed, by extending them credits at market
rates.
