MOSCOW, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Russian President Boris Yeltsin, who has been on holiday for more than a month, will continue his vacation at a residence near Moscow despite the economic crisis which led to an effective devaluation of the rouble, the Kremlin said on Tuesday. "The president is at a suburban Moscow residence, he is up to date on all events, and, as you have seen, he can come to the Kremlin if needed to carry out necessary meetings," said a spokesman who asked not to be named.
