MOSCOW, Aug 28 (Reuters) - President Boris Yeltsin on Friday
dismissed reformer Anatoly Chubais from the post of Russia's top
negotiator with international financial institutions, RIA news
agency said, quoting the Kremlin.
RIA gave no further details of Yeltsin's decree and the
Kremlin could not immediately comment on the agency report.
Chubais, formerly Russia's privatisation chief, played a key
role in winning a multi-billion dollar loan from the
International Monetary Fund in July.
